It's been 2 months!!!!

A recap 08: was the birth of 24Herbs and I'm really proud of the boys!!
Getting to a stage where you have haters and flamers.. definitely means some people are channelling they're energy our way!! Underground, Overground.. whatever.. we're ALL GROUND!!

Look forward to pounding more beats out and shaking up the scene!! More music, more alternatives means more opportunites!! We need more rappers and MC's so we can build the scene!! So spit and spit and spit!!!

I'll be working on alot more film work in 09'

Hope all is well with everyone!!!!!
Just wanted to say what a dope trip the Asian Hip Hop Festival!!!!!!!
Thanks to the Thaitanium boys we were able to rock it in bangkok!!
Kup Khun Krap!!!!!!!
Rocking it out with the best hip hop boys in this region!!
Definitely proud and honored to be apart of!!
Yeah also the partying was of course A1!!!!!!

Peace Homes!!!!! How's everyone doing? Olympiced out!!! It's great to see the athletes go out there excel!!! Coming from Australia.. sports is everything!!! Definitely great to see competitive sportmanship!! Would love to see that more in the community.. Sports is a lifestyle.. especially the newer sports such as x-games!! Unfortunately the politcalisation of sports is a downfall!! This is reality, especially knowing the machinations of the sportsworld in Asia!! Glory is a moment in time but it's still part of time.. go forth compete and enlighten!!! good luck to all athletes in the olympics!!!! On another note.. everything is going well.. can"t believe we're in the latter part of the year now!! So much to do but also need to keep reminding myself.. take a break.. clarity.. focus!! Back in HK and Eric Haze in HK

Peace enlightened ones!!! How's everyone going? Been travelling!!! Was in lovely Vancouver the last week!! Most chillin place!!! Only problem was I broke out in hives for half the trip!! Went to the Fish House there and had some oysters!! On the menu it had a government warning about red tide in summer.. maybe it was the alcohol i drank!!.. nah!!.. maybe it was what got of a bum of the street or most likely the clean air reverted my body into detox mode.. ah well!! Anyway chillin!!! Met up with a new homie there Kenta from Brkn Homes label.. ultra cool dude!! Anyway back here and ready to see some legendary art!! A good friend, icon and legendary graffiti artist and designer Eric Haze will be having an exihibition starting to tmrw for a week in HK!! tmrw is vips but the the following days will be open to public!! It will be held at Delay No More's MOCA[ Museum Of Contemporary Arts] come and check it out.. Working on some film projects but as usual.. taking time!! Coming I've got two canto films one is called rebellion with Paul Wong, Jun Kung, Shawn Yue, Chapman To.. all my homies.. I look large in this film.. large as in fuckin round!! this is an old school triad flick directed by Herman Yau [aka human pork bun fame] Also have a film with Sammy Cheng and Eason in a light hearted romantic/suspense film called.. arrgghh forgot the english "cha ji nui" Also 24 will be performing with Sum Mei this friday!!! More to come as usual!!! Anyway hope you heads out there are chillin!! Peace Conroy

CONROY CHAN is a youth culture specialist
He serves as the President of X-FED (Federation of Extreme Sports of
Hong Kong), President of the Hong Kong Roller Federation and a Honorary President for the Hong Kong Wakeboard Association. X-Fed have hosted a multitude of events: Globe Asian Skateboard
Championship 2004, Hong Kong Skateboarding Championships 2005, Volcom Skate
Jam 2005 and Billabong Big Air Challenge 2005 (Wakeboard). X-Fed has also
cemented Hong Kong's first ever official skateboard team which will be going
to Thailand in November. Conroy recently also produced Hong Kong's first
ever Wakeboard Instructional Video " Happy Water " in chinese!

Previously Conroy had developed a successful acting and modeling career
which includes over 10 films and multiple television commercials and music video appearances to date. He's works go far and wide from shooting L'Uomo Vogue (Italy) to Aussie Indie Film " The long Lunch " to writing lyrics for " War is you " and " Lock Load and Flow " on DBF's latest album "Unbreakable".
One of Conroy’s most notable on-screen performances was his
supporting role in the short film “Tai Tai”, which was nominated for Best
Short at the 2002 Cannes Film Festival.
In recent times Conroy has been working on the alive project the last 3 years and is in the process of putting he's new Rap group out 24 Herbs

Conroy enjoys an active lifestyle and has a tremendous passion for life that
inspires all of us.
