  • Emergency Petition Letter to BioNeutral Group (a necessary step)

    Dear Alan (BioNeutral Group),

Several days ago, I had written you and the team at BioNeutral Group a thank you letter because I was sincerely grateful for the effects of Ygiene in eliminating toxigenic mold and pathogenic bacteria.

The reports indicate that Ygiene is far superior to bleach and that was also found to be the case in the home on semi-porous concrete.

This letter is signed by everyone who feels that your company needs to commercialize now against the H1N1 virus 'aka swine flu'. We are at level 5 now (one step closer to full global pandemic). Today, I witnessed 8 ambulance pick-ups in New York City. How much longer should we wait?

We are not planning on ingesting this. All we want is to clean and protect our surroundings from H1N1. Ygiene can handle anthrax! That's like asking, "Can an anti-tank weapon take out a bicycle?" Of course, Ygiene can handle H1N1! Regulators are telling people to clean with bleach and I've seen the reports where Ygiene is faster (2seconds), longer acting (2weeks) and safer (reduces to water) than bleach. And why would we want to wait until we contract the virus to use Tamiflu (which has no clinical track record against this newly formed virus).

I am willing to do anything in my power to get this into the hands of the public in the USA and in other countries. I, Dr. Gordon Chiu, bear full witness to the effects that happened in my home and I know that after reading data that everyone deserves the right to buy Ygiene for their own safety and protection.

Please take this in your consideration (as lives are being lost).

    Respectfully,
    Dr. Gordon Chiu

    1. The data is sufficient! The EPA is likely backed up with too many products and I know that it would be more profitable to go for government contracts. Let the people protect themselves (we're at level 5 and we are going about life like it was still level 3). This is the best protection for H1N1 since it is fast acting! For H1N1, we need something with a very fast kill rate so that we don't get infected. The results from my home with nasty bacteria and mold shows even faster than 10 seconds (a 2 second kill rate) and the before Ygiene had been treated with bleach. The bleach could not get through non-porous cement and yet Ygiene was able to penetrate quickly through non-porous cement. This is remarkable!

    2. I, Dr. Gordon Chiu, certify that all the above is true and that I bear full witness to the laboratory swab testing that took place in my home. I stand behind the product as an advocate and I certainly believe every citizen has the rights to access proper/effective protection, health and safety at all times.

Masterbed room (semiporous cement) before Ygiene (done in the presence of Dr. Chiu by 3rd party lab):

Masterbed room (semiporous cement) after Ygiene (2 seconds) (done in the presence of Dr. Chiu by 3rd party lab):

WHAT GOOD IS ALL THIS DATA, IF LIVES ARE LOST BECAUSE WE DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO SOMETHING THAT CAN SAVE LIVES. WHAT GOOD IS IT IF WE LOSE OUR FRIENDS, FAMILY AND THE ONES WE LOVE DUE TO BUREAUCRACY?

"(i.e. if you like IBM, you can own both IBM and Hewlett Packard)" Honestly, who would want to own anything put out by Hewlett-Packard...unless you're my mother?? HP sucks!!! Our last HP computer died well before it should have and this one has more problems than you can poke a stick at. It even crashed within a few months of owning it!!!

from what i heard, it could be equivalent to the costs of lysol/chlorox on the market. it isn't something real costly. i don't know enough about the commercialization part since I am only an advocate, scientists turned shareholder. I would love to be more deeply involved somehow and to bring this to great levels. Imagine making it available and keeping it low cost and accessible?!

Regarding the lab test for H1N1, I think it is definitive that if Ygiene can take out anthrax which is a serious bioweapon ...it can surely take out H1N1.

The goal is to really get it into both large systems and the hands of the public. It is a great story in the making.

I am thinking how great it would be to be part of something that can solve a major pandemics and carcinogenic molds at the same time.  =D

We'll see where this all goes ...

How expensive is the product? Maybe you can get some of the NY prep school parents to use it.  What better advertisement.  Can you do tests for H1N1 by swabbing inanimate objects or is it only a blood test?  And can any lab identify it?

Honestly, I'm not afraid, not ever after what I've read and I've seen reported.  Will it kill people?  Sure it will and tragically younger people.  But not everyone dies who contracts it.  Like in 1918 I read that only 2% of those who contracted the Spanish Flu died but that was millions (my dad was a Spanish Flu replacement baby, born Aug. 1919).

I just think it's premature to call this one a potential game ender.  Life as we know it has a lot more credible threats than this one.

I think though that this product is a good investment for you and the other shareholders.  It's one of those right place at the right time kind of products so the profit potential is enormous.

Again, Clorox has to be cheaper than this, correct?  Clorox is not "green" for sure.

Just so that I go on record for saying this:
    1. Protocol of facemasks and respirator use in certain communities where h1n1 virus 'transmission' has been detected:
    http://www.cdc.gov/swineflu/masks.htm

    2.Swine flu (public information): http://www.cdc.gov/swineflu/swineflu_you.htm

    3. Mold cleanup (read the pdf)http://www.cdc.gov/mold/cleanup.htm#cdc

Here is the problem, they are suggesting the use of bleach. They did the same for SARS. They did the same for Mold and they haven't stated anything for H1N1. However, we need something much faster with a residual protection.

I wish it could be like you suggested Flagday. The CDC is being inundated with so phone calls and 'suggestions'.

This originally wasn't my problem. I was on the mold thing looking for solutions and then this outbreak happened.

After seeing the laboratory data/what happened with the mold inside the home, I did what anyone would do: I went on the open market to buy shares of this company.  Clearly this is amazing and I plan to increase my shareholding substantially in this company and go directly to the consumer, friends and family. My years of experience on this is that it will take too long and then it will be too late.

If you believe in something strong enough (i.e. if you like IBM, you can own both IBM and Hewlett Packard) while still be unbiased since you're not a director of the company. But in the grand scheme of things and the bureaucracy, how much can be done?

We as health professionals would get more done in the mold area vs. H1N1 right now because they are getting flooded with calls. I'd rather be transparent and share exactly all the steps I am doing and see who's right in the end. I know the data that I am witnessing and seeing is believing. I am amazed and I am willing to bet anything that this is the answer.

We are now at level 5 and people are walking around in 'affected' areas without a mask. Look at Fresh Meadows, Queens, NY or Texas where the child died of H1N1. Look at the CDC recommendation on masks and whether everyone is wearing an N95 mask.
    http://www.cdc.gov/swineflu/masks.htm

The rate of spreading indicates that we should be wearing N95 masks  within a 50-100 mile radius at all times.

It would be wild if this thing could offer your clothing and masks added residual protection (but that would only happen if pigs could fly -right?) =D

The open letter should be sent to the CDC with the preface saying "I have no financial interest in this company but I give you my CV and tell you about the miracle this product performed in my home."

BioNeutral would really have to ramp up their production and I'm sure they'd be more than willing to do so and I'm sure they're considering it right now.  What for-profit company wouldn't want to take advantage of the current hysteria?

I'm no doctor but it sounds like Tamiflu was effective after contracting the disease.

Is this an air-borne virus?  I guess this product could still be an important component of an overall hygiene plan.

Was chattin to Gordon in the Shoutbox earlier and I said this:

    # saturnsshadow:I'd like to shoot all the unhygienic bastards...it'd make life a lot cleaner for the rest of us...
    17:01
    # saturnsshadow:but that's not going to happen
    17:01

He said it would be good to write it!!! So there it is.

And in response to Gordon's comment...so far Aus hasn't had anything...we've had people report with flu like symptoms but they were cleared. So, so far, so good. And we are doing health declarations, so not only do you have to declare food, organic and other potentially prohibited items on entering, you also have to declare your health. However, the Government said that we could still get it here. But as we are having people declare their heath on entering Australia, we can't hopefully quarantine those that have it before they mingle with our communities. We are going to try everything we can to keep us safe. But there is no guarantee it's going to work. We can only try.

please sign. you don't have to write much. the answer must be to empower the people with powerful hygiene methods and keep them strong. if we only decide to help those who become sick, this is not a good approach to fighting against this virus. i know it can sometimes feel like it will never reach your borders or happen in your town. the stronger this grows, the less likely we can win the fight. we are now at level5 and a child died in Texas today. how come we are acting like it is still level 3?

please sign to show yr support and pass this on. if life as we know it ends, at least we died trying our best to help.
