196 commentsI'm usually very active...usually. For the past week...all I've been doing is this:
Why?
I was training for a project. Haven't done a butterfly-twist in a few years. So me and my dumbass jump'd straight into it...without warming up. BAM! At first, I thought I broke my knee. I've never felt so much pain from a leg injury my entire life. There goes my Medial collateral ligament. Yay! Vacation!
I have to thank my homies Phil and Daphinator:

Phil immediately called his kungfu sister, who is absolutely amazing at Chinese medicine. My knee's been gettin' better day by day. And if it wasn't for Daph, I'd still be doing this:
Folks. Everytime I feel pain...I think of Homies; family, friends. Next thing I know...the pain is gone. Matter fact, I even made it to Nic's birthday party:
