Hi Everyone,

I want to let everyone know about my new film "All's Well That Well 2009" ("家有囍事2009") it opens in Hong Kong, China, Malaysia and Singapore next week.

I watched it on a plane back to Hong Kong. Fun stuff. Bucktooth Jane was an awesome character. Was kind of sad when she got her face fixed at the end. Haha

Good luck with the film. The trailer looks like fun. It sounds like a twist to Taming of the Shrew, one of my favorite Shakespearean plays. Plus, I love Louis Koo.

家有囍事一聽就知道是一部讓人可以從家這個地方找到溫暖,開心
以前的我都有看喔!(因為是經典的戲)
所以當我知道有新的家有囍事我就很期待了

always thought of stephen chow making a cameo in this film like what leslie cheung did in the 97 version... but will still definitely watch it next week !

My only fave All's Well movie starred our beloved Leslie Cheung. Nothing will replace that but goodluck with your project. There seems to be a lack of distributors/sponsors, call it what you want, bring HK movies to Oz. You'll be surprised by the response as many of us have to resort to dvds or cable to watch.

Vincent Kok Tak Chiu has taken an active part in the Hong Kong film industry for over 15 years now. Since his graduation from Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, Canada majoring in Communications and Economics, he has become a multi-media professional specializing in film making.

Besides being a well-known scriptwriter and director, Vincent is a celebrity TV and movie, Radio Show host, a producer, creative director, director of TVC, a regular columnist for newspapers as well as a published food critic.

During the years 2001-2003, he took up the role of Chief Operating Officer of Golden Harvest Film Productions Ltd, a listed company and a world famous studio. And in 2002, Vincent was also awarded Best Screenplay by the Hong Kong Film Critics for the film “You Shoot, I Shoot”.

Up till now, Vincent has written more than 30 screenplays, produced 9 feature films and directed 9 feature films, all of them enjoying great success in the box office. The movies he directed, such as “Forbidden City Cop” (1996), “Gorgeous” (1998) and more, has involved international stars including Jackie Chan, Stephen Chow, Tony Leung, and Shu Qi.

In recent years, Vincent has continued to star in the box office with comedies that cleverly grasps current trends and humor. He has just finished collaborating with Stephen Chow in writing the screenplay as well as producing his upcoming movie “CJ 7” after the last great hit “Kung Fu Hustle”. Vincent’s passion for the film industry, as well as his creativity, is reflected in his success and in his achievements across multi-media.
