Your photos aren't bad at all. But I can't stand pictures of myself, so I know what you mean. Still, I think that you look better in photos than me _by default_.

Bad photos, it afflicts 80% of the world. I was watching a training video they made for work the other day. Of all of my co-workers who appeared in the video, only one looked as good or better in the video as she did in real life. She is one of these people you could say the camera loved. As for the others, some looked okay in the video--they just didn't look like themselves. Cameras have a very strange way of distorting things. I guess I would say, don't worry too much about looking like yourself in photos--most people don't. If you do any new photos, I hope you find a photographer who makes you think you look awesome when you see their photos of you. I don't look nearly so cute (nor so young) as you. Imagine how I feel when I look at photos of myself that everyone who knows me agrees don't look like me at all (they make me look older and fatter!). There is a reason I don't use a photo as a head shot.:-) You, my dear, don't have such a problem. Maybe you're just ready for a change in image. With all the inner work you have been doing, maybe the the exterior is ready for a minor over-haul. We are women, it is our prerogative to change our appearance whenever we want. Look at Rosie's red hair!
