Changes are more painful than expected. But they are necessary...
Healthier life, new jobs, new projects, new schedule, new connections...
I feel like a busy working girl...

And now i'm lazy to write a logic blog so forgive me the following randomness.

I started to "cook" japanese cold tofu ! yummi !

Summer time = Watermelon time

Yeah, i subscribed to a gym because i was depressed.

I chose that one because its a nice place and...because of the name...yeah i know it's pathetic v_v...

I have a new super cute coworker too :

It's Lee's dog and his name is Luffy (from One Piece haha). Luffy is overly chubby and cute !!! >_< so squeeshy !!

*sigh*
But changes are killing me...I've been super tired for the 2 last days, all dizzy and weak.
Everybody told me to stop the vegetarian diet because i needed more proteins to handle my new rhythm with the work out and the jobs...sigh...
I have to admit they are right about that...

I need to sleep more too i guess...
Anw, i just finished to download Art of War and started to watch it.
It's funny to recognize familiar faces ;)

Also iron. A lot of girls get annemic (low blood iron) whenthey go veggie. Supplementshelp alot!
I'm inthe process of making changes too. Decided I'm better off tackling 1 or 2 at a time rather than everything that needs changing at once=O

Yummy yummy. I know lots of vegetarians. But agree, you do need to do it right. Usually those who protest are talking out of their backsides. Just make sure you do what\'s right for you and take care of yourself.

And on the vegetarian diet thing - I got a friend who kick boxes and is a vegetarian...guess it takes a while to get used to, and also eating the right type of vegetarian food. =)
