We got together again for the premiere of "City of Life and Death" @ BFI 53rd London Film Festival. I don't remember how many times and how many cities we toured for the film this year...quite a lot!   (Photo: the director Lu Chuan, the leading actress Qin Lan and me)  陸監督と秦嵐とは、ロンドン映画祭でまたまた再会です。今年はこの映画のツアーで一体世界の何都市を回ったのか、あと残るは日本かな・・・

There are some interviews at The Mayfair Hotel and BFI.　その前のMayfair Hotelでも取材、取材・・・

I was interviewed by a Japanese journalist about the film. 僕は何と日本の記者さんから映画についての取材を受けました。南京の事とか聞かれましたが、どんな活字になっているのやら・・・

During the Q&A session, I spotted my name was just on the screen.... Can you find it?? hahaha...it's too small, isn't it? ちょうどQ&Aの時に、後ろのテロップに、偶然僕の名前が登場していました。ちょっと小さいですが探してみてください（笑）。

我们真辛苦了!　ハー、今日もお疲れ様でした！

After the premiere, we spent time chatting at the newly refurbished BFI bar....最後は、最近綺麗になったバーで、ワインとティーで語らいながら一息してから帰りました :-)

It  was  a Macrobiotic Day today.　今日は一日、何てマクロビな日だったんでしょうか（笑）

本当に橋がありました。しかもカラフル・・・

その近くにある、ロンドンのマクロビレストランに行ってきました。

その後は、ヤンノー（穀物）コーヒーとヤンノーケーキで〆め！This is not an ordinary cappuccino, it's a yannoh coffee, which is made by grain.

楽しい午後のひと時の後は、夜もマクロビ（笑）And at the evening, I was invited to a house which has a Kotatsu heater - a Japanese traditional heating furniture...

ロンドンでこたつのあるお家にお呼ばれしました。懐かしいーー！冬はやっぱこれがあると暖かいですね。

そんな中、キッチンでは一生懸命作ってくれています・・・

It's getting colder and colder. I don't want to go out, actually, it started raining and stayed at home all day today!! These pictures are from my friend Kaeko's birthday party the other day.....日に日に寒くなっているロンドンですが、今日は雨でどこにも行きませんでした。さて先週末にかえこの誕生日寿司パーティーをやりました。

準備班で一生懸命お寿司巻きました。

a mixture of White rice and Brown rice rolls....白と玄米の組み合わせです。

We rolled 28 rolls sushis....かなりたくさん巻けましたよ、合計28本！

This is my friend's signature dish Roasted Pork....yummy....チャールズさんのお得意のお肉料理！

Kaeko's birthday!! お決まりのバースディケーキ登場。

Naomi's mini concert plus Junichi's backdancing.... お腹いっぱい食べた後は、なおみちゃんのミニコンサート＋僕の即興バックダンサー付き（マイクはマヨネーズで！）

Our mini concert team will come back next year...... 今年も大いに盛り上がって、また来年もやりましょう。　:-)

We are acting in a new Samurai film in London soon. Almost all the members are very familiar faces. We have met in past projects before. 今回みんなで侍映画に出演する事になりました。久々に集まって、お久しぶりの近況報告。ほとんどが過去のプロジェクトで一緒だったみんなで懐かしい。

The sword master is, of course, Akira! 殺陣指導は、ロンドンの殺陣師あきらさん！何だかこれ、後ろの塔と刀、画になるよね！

It was a bit cold and windy outside today....

The AnD actors are Akira, Kenji and me....I'll keep updated.... AnDロンドンチームは、あきらさん、けんじさんと僕の3人。今日はかるく顔合わせということで、これからが楽しみ・・・また報告します。:-)

 Summer has ended. It's dull and cold London....depressing season has started....fortunately it has stopped raining.....夏は終わり、曇り空で寒いロンドンです。少し前まで毎日雨で、早くも少しうんざりでした。

今、ロンドンのBAFTAでは新作邦画特集やってます。10分前なのに会場には誰もいない、一番乗り！今日は「がまの油 - Toad's Oil」という映画を観ました。役所広司さんの初監督作品でした。

席がJudi Denchさまさまの後ろでした・・・

着物の試着などもやっていましたが、去年よりも静かな気がする。来ている人も少ないし、出している人たちも少ない・・・

I passed through Oxford street today and noticed....今日、オックスフォードストリートを通し過ぎてビックリ。

They've already set up a Christmas illumination on the street! It's only October, is it too early or they are up for selling stuff from now?? もうクリスマスイルミネーションが飾られていました。え？また10月入ったばっかりでしょ。ちょっと気が早いんじゃないの？

I felt sore throat on my way back to home this evening. I'd better sleep early tonight... 真没劲 :-) 今日はジムの帰り、なんだか喉が痛い。早くねようっと・・・:-(
