I love making art but geez, the crap you have to go through on the way....

The government keep asking us to generate paperwork and accounts, it's draining and extremely difficult. With so many films and sculptures,  with each having it's own complex history and set of costs, and an insane amount of PR to collate, I think all the government funding is going to end up financing the accountant and the lawyer!

They are still worried about number of people coming to the show, even though we are amazed at how popular the show is. I ask...Read more

A lot of people came through the show today, I gave a little tour to them. They seemed genuinely engaged and amazed. It was lovely to see, it really picked me up. I got talking to a few people after and I was whining on about no support and the daily dramas. They were very sympathetic and keen to help by spreading the word. I caught myself acting like a little bitch.

Then i spent a few hours chatting with Lyn and Roy, going through the accounts. Strangely it cheered me up!

So all is well at the show. We updated a lot of things, improved some of the content, got cantonese subtitles on films and moved a few bits around.

Anyone who came to the opening would have been part of the biggest art opening in HK histroy so thanks for coming and hope you all had fun.

Please do us a favour and tell your friends about the exhibition as we really need it to be a success or the government won't give us the funding!
