can't see this video for some reason, but over the weekend i saw a place that had moving closet that can turn a big 1BR into a 2BR. I like that idea, and have been looking into more design ideas in case I get my own place to renovate

Electricity usage is going to be minimal, only 1 room to use a/c for; he's also clever with using natural light. This is green compared to having a much bigger place - I would imagine this would do well in Tokyo too. Dez, this is really awesome, thx for sharing!
