AnD ate my first comment.  So, I’m trying again.  And a tweet limits me to 140 characters, so I thought I’d write out the rest of my Ep1 review here.  :)

Before Autumn’s Concerto, I haven’t followed a Taiwanese drama.  I follow Korean dramas, cuz I’m studying Korean.  I’ve got to say, watching a Taiwanese drama is hard!  I don’t understand the language. The Eng dubs are over the Chinese characters… makes it hard for me to read. Nonetheless, I enjoyed watching your drama.

The pace of your drama is pretty quick; so much happened in the first episode.  The message that I tried to convey in my tweet to you (which I don’t think it did) – is that you played your role convincingly.  I thought you portrayed the character well.  It was believable.  You’re quite convincing as a despicable jerk. And I mean that in a highly complimentary way… for your acting.

I found something interesting.  For a brief moment, while your character was being kind and sweet… you were exceptionally good.  I found it so odd that you could switch so seamlessly between two opposing characters (mean/vindictive to sweet/caring back to mean/malicious). < --- Specific to the scene while you were ice skating with the female lead.

I guess it’s not odd.  It’s from the hard work that you’re putting into the drama~

Your energy is amazing. The hours you keep must be brutal.

I enjoy your tweets.  They’re inspirational.  I also enjoy your AnD blog. It’s what got me reading you in the first place.
