So this weekend is my parents 50th Anniversary!! Its kinda crazy how the time flies... When you're a kid you don't think about these things... but I think my earliest memories of their anniversary (and understanding it's significance) was like when they celebrated their 20th... So that realization that its been 30 years since that for me kinda messes ya up (if you're keeping track of the years). 1980!!! ha-ha...But it's a big event... 1 in 2 marriages here in the US now end in divorce... so to go 50 years is something. When I was 22 years old, and I was just starting to act in LA. I had the chance to meet and work with Brittany on the show "ALMOST HOME" on NBC. I was in 3 episodes with her. She was only 16 at the time... and it was pre-CLUELESS. She was so nice... VERY friendly... talked to everyone... and was pretty funny and outgoing for just being a kid. Maybe that was why she was so nice still. But I remember thinking how talented she was... and how she could probably do anything in Hollywood. So SAD. :...Read more

It sucks that the older you get the more you see the talented people you grew up watching pass on. Part of life... But still sucks.
MJ - He's had his troubles and issues... But no one can deny his talent, and the mark he left on the music industry, and pop culture. I can't imagine what 8th grade would have been like without the sounds from Thriller... or 10th grade with BAD... or even early college days with Black or White...
