Beijing Food

Didn't get to eat a lot in Beijing but what I did have was good. I had to have Peking duck and it was much better then the ones in HK. I really like the See Tse Tou,(Lion's Head)... for anyone in the US, its not actually Lion meat, its pork ! Anyhow it was all very good. I am going back this weekend to work so I'll get to try more !

Beijing & Dance Show

I am working on a Dance TV show in Beijing as music director so I flew up for the shooting of the show and stayed for post production etc. I am a little ashamed to say it was my first time in Beijing. Anyhow, I got to try out some of my very poor mandarin and it is confirmed, my mando sucks. I have about 5 days there so I also got a chance to see quite a bit. Starbucks Bing Seit

We were asked to go to the opening of the new Starbuck's outlet in central 2 days ago. The boys from G.O.D did a colabo with Starbucks and made a section of the place look like an old HK coffee shop (Bing Seit). Looks very good, they did a really good job. The details are all there except unlike some of those old places, it is not smelly and nicely air con. Terence & Andrew getting interviewed..
