我在上海 I am in Shanghai：）

    距离全运会武术比赛预赛开幕还有整整20天，今天晚上上海武术队会在比赛场馆进行训练。所以昨天上午队里刚刚决定的，在比赛前来到上海并与上海队在我们的比赛场地（上海国际体操中心）进行两天适应性训练。我们的领队崔亚辉和我在昨晚乘坐D313次列车，在今天早晨到达了上海火车站。D313次列车是新一代的动车组。我们常年去外地比赛，说实话，我还是第一次做动车组的火车。感觉还不错，火车的整体设计很合理，车厢也非常的干净，服务员的态度很好。就是餐车的菜太难吃了:-( 希望能够改进....

    这就是我们十运会预赛的比赛场馆 Its the GYM where we will compete at .     The 11th All China Games wushu competition opening is 20 days from now ... so My team manager and me came to Shanghai in the morning :-) will train with The Shanghai wushu team at the competition GYM tonight ! It feel good to be here again , but too bad , i am only here for 2 days :-( so hopefully ... next time when i come back i will have some more time to hang out with my friends , We gonna have some FUN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 

    我住的宾馆，就是这次比赛运动员将要下榻的地方。这里的环境还不错。2515号房间，希望我下次来比赛的时候还能住进这件房：）

The hotel which i staying at. it will be the one for all the wushu athletes who will come and compete at the competition.here are the views from my hotel window ... Its NO.2515 !!! hope i can still get the same room when i come back in 20 days :-)
