    AT FIRST: sorry if I didnt give u my news for long time but I dont have the net @ home in these days 

    [CH] “妳要把所有的心思和力量放在比赛上” 莪爱的人说的，“加油！必须拿第一” 莪的教练，童慧老师，说的。。莪就这样做的！Sorriso

    终于回家了。11号晚上到家里，12号上午休息，下午到操场跑步，13.14号比赛了

    南拳  南棍  南刀： 拿了3个金牌！

    看到莪进步那么多有的人骂莪（因为他们也想拿第一 哈哈）有的恭喜莪，有的相信莪，有的支持莪继续练，所以莪都要感谢他们给莪力量，但现在莪只希望意大利武术协会还会叫莪参加国家队，参加世锦赛，莪最后的一届。

    莪不是不要再练武术，肯定莪会继续练，玩，因为武术是莪的最爱，不过也自觉莪老了 呵呵。。真的！莪86年的，已经24岁，今年准备全国锦标赛时真的很累，天天除了训练还要上班，天天受伤了，天天累得睡不着，比以前真累多了。

    反正现在还不能休息，有可能咱们去台湾参加比赛（但还没决定呢！）然后再去北京（或成都）训练，准备莪的目的，莪的世锦赛！(*^__^*)...嘻嘻

    [ENG] I finally went back home, competed and won.

    Nanquan, nangun, nandao: 3 gold medals!

    I’m getting old and this year working and training everyday was so hard, harder than before and in the last 1 month and half I worked from monday to friday and trainin’from monday to...SUNDAY! hehe!

    But, anyway, I did it...and I won! That’s why I wanna thank a lot of people, but specially Tong Hui laoshi, who trained me in Changzhou, a lot of friends who belived me, and Ghinolfi laoshi, who spent few words for me before the competition.

    Now I just hope that my federation will ask me to go to Canada, cause I really wanna be there competing... for the last time!

    Is not I don’t wanna train anymore (cause wushu is my life) just I wanna stop competition and try to realize my dreams!

    Anyway I can’t stop now, I must training training training... improve improve improve... always!

    [ITA] Tornata a casa.. finalmente!

    Quest’anno è stato più difficile che in passato, lavorare e allenarsi è davvero stancante... ma ce l’ho fatta!

    Per questo voglio ringraziare -prima tra tutti- la maestra Tong Hui, che mi ha allenata a Changzhou (senza volere soldi!), molti amici che hanno creduto in me e il Maestro Ghinolfi, che ha speso due parole per me prima della gara, tranquillizandomi un pò e facendomi ricordare delle cose che avevo dimenticato!

    Grazie a tutti!

    Ma ora... torno ad allenarmi e cercare di migliorarmi, perchè come ho già detto, spero do poter essere in Canada, non solo per vedere ma anche per partecipare!

    [CH] 过了正好一周莪就在上海浦东机场の路上，回家の路上了。
    终于，不像会过去の时间，这两個月之内，过了得特快。
    一個礼拜到莪の返回，7天到11号，再加几天14号就到了：

    比赛即将来临！


    到底莪不知道既不想什么，也不做什么。。。莪好久没这么努力训练，所以很开心！但是莪也听说过当意大利散打锦标赛时发生の真不好事情 莪就是害怕当莪们套路の时也会发生の！
    啊呀！这个意大利协会。。。真太乱了！

    终于莪想听FRA对莪说的话：

    不要想太多了！

    他们是他们，莪是莪！莪只要放松，想好好打比赛，不管别人。。如此而已！

    [ENG] It's still raining here in Changzhou....and I don't like rain!
    Anyway I just went back from the wushu hall and I'm f*****g tired but HAPPY!
    I feel better than before and....

    I got my flight ticket

    I'm back in Italy the 11th of june, ready for the Italian Championship on 13th and 14th! So....

    SUPPORT ME !!!

    [CH]  哎呀，今天在常州大雨了！莪真讨厌雨天！
    反正莪刚刚从武馆回来了。
    这周的感觉比前好多了！
    现在练整套没有前那么累！呵呵 。。 好开心咯！
    莪也把莪机票改掉了：6月11号下午1点从上海起飞，同一天晚上10点飞到米兰！
    6月14号：比赛！
    支持莪吧！

    Huh, why is my English so good... Well its good its good. There are many whose English are way better than me... English is our first Language in Singapore. Chinese/Mandarin is our second language, my dialect is Teochew which is not a language. I'm effectively bilingual in English and Chinese, read and write both fluently. I'm learning Spanish and French now. I know how to say, "I'm hungry" in German.

    "Paradise Asia" is a documentary about exotic location within Asia, beautiful places. I actually feel that I should travel around asia more because I simply have neglected it for the longest time. I have focused on London, and Europe too much. I love being in Singapore. Its easy to travel anywhere plus, the weather here is fantastic, its never scorching in the summer and never cold in winter because we have only one season. Of course its boring to not have snow but you know if I want snow I can travel somewhere to experience it and if I want extreme heat I can travel somewhere else for that too... so being in Singapore and living here is a blessing. We also have great political structure... very uninteresting perhaps but mild and gentle climate in all ways.
