Back to the 80's

I've been having a war with Patrick Chowas we challenge each other on MSN about the music from the 80's.  Luckily, he's a little older, so he ranges from Wham, ABBA to Boney M. Nothin wrong with that, you'll find plenty of his favs on his blog. 

I actually liked the group Aqua "Barbie Girl" although I prefer the songs Dr Jones and Lollipop.

Now they're back with a new track with some nostalgic lyrics cause it talks about the 80's.

Agree Scottie ... Dr Jones was their best but not their biggest hit ... but AQUA were sublime!

just for the record ... though are very much within my musical pop-range ... Abba & Boney M, they were actually 70's 80's is more like Wham, Spandau, Haircut, TFF, Howard Jones, Human League, Flock of Seagulls, Adam Ant, Depeche Mode to Kajagoogoo, Scritti Politti, Jason Donovan and Dead or Alive .. so there chump boy!

i remember going the cinema to see 'pokemon-the first movie' (psyduck i choose you), there was a problem with the film, so for 90 mins until it started, sitting in a cinema with loads of screaming kids, they played an 'Aqua' album on a loop, i think it was there second one, by the time the film started i was praying for mewtwo to come fry my ears!
