  Hey everyone!  Thanks soooo much for all the birthday wishes and love.  I swear I've never had so many people say happy birthday to me before, it was pretty cool.  Anyways, since its been a while since I've updated I think I'll just squash a bunch of different things into one entry just to catch up and I'll get back to updating the blog every week.  Is that cool?  Cool.

  Since my birthday fell on the first day of rehearsals (for my dad's coliseum shows) we just celebrated between soundchecks with a cake from the fans.  They know that I have a pretty bad sweet tooth I gave some pretty cool snacks that kept us full the next couple of days.  I was even given a candy ball by one of my favorite artist Ai Yamaguchi.  Plus it was even purchased at one of my favorite stores in Japan.  Domo arigato!!

  The next four days were spent playing the sold out shows with lots of family and friends supporting in the crowd and backstage.  Big thanks to everyone who came!!  Scott also blogged about it in more detail in his blog here.

  
  

  

  A few days earlier we went to watch MC Jin rock out with his VLT show.  It was great watching Jin and his crew (KT, Masta Mic and 24Herbs)  tear it up proving that the HK hip hop scene is still going strong.  Respect.

  
  

  

  

  Then last week we went to the Mira opening were they flew in Katy Perry just to play at the party.  I didn't hear much about the gig until the last minute but it was pretty cool to see her play in a small setting.  She definitely knows how to put on a show.  

  
  

  

  Before heading over to the opening we stopped by the Diesel CULTivate show and checked out some cool art installations.  I was stoked to see some of Kami's stuff there too.  I loved his featured in Giant Robot #56.

  A day later we went to watch our Qiu Hong tear up GBOB.  The crowd went crazy when they played two new songs and went into the next round.  You can hear the new songs here.

  Hurry hurry....gotta finish up new EP before it never sees the light of day.....Ngai Sum mixing the tunes in overdrive.  

  
  

  

  Last but definitely not least...we just finished filming two pretty kick @ss videos with the CB Fresh crew over the weekend.  The experience was amazing and it was great working with everyone.  We'll let you see the new MVs once they are done so stay tuned....
