  • 903 Interview X Ella !!!

    I just finished recording a couple songs for Commerial Radio this afternoon with my good friend Ella. It must have been the hundredth time we played together and it was a blast. Actually, she was one of the first artists I met when I first came back to Hong Kong in 2004. It's always nice to catch up and hear her sing.  We both played guitar/sang this time around and it was recorded in one take. It should be broadcasted on Friday so check it out if you're free. On another note, I got a big surprise to post in a couple of days so please stay tuned!

    Hey, I heard some of the songs on Youtube... you guys make a great duet couple. Have you considered doing an unplugged session at Backstage Restaurant or the like? I'd totally come back to HK if you guys do something like that -- unplugged and smaller...

    I posted some acoustic song suggestions on Ella's guestbook, too: Anything from the "Once" soundtrack (since they're male/female duets), Gary Jules' acoustic version of "Mad World", Aimee Mann, Beatles: "Michelle" (since Ella can sing French), "I Will", "Blackbird" (or is that cliche?)... It'd be an awesome concert...
