Apart from looking at 2 houses today, which one was on Hui Hai lu, the most interesting part of the day came close to the end of the day when a good friend of mine from Hong Kong called me and said he was in town... so we met...

Without mentioning any names, this guy made his 1st Million at the age of 21, then his first 10million at 31, then almost lost everything and then now at 41 has retired with a fortune of millions...

I took him to my favourite place in Tai Kang Lu, MAUI, which he has never been to, and we sat there drinking my favourite LEMON JUICE.... and basically he told me the secrets to his success.... unbelievable and absolutely intriguing... I will share with you day by day, what he expressed to me he learnt in 20 years!
