    Its exactly a month after my birthday and looking back,

    life is so different now.

    indeed... it is like a box of chcolate

    you never know what you gonna get.

    i'm now sucked up in the tornedo of numbers and statistics

    so many people lost so much in this world  crisis

    well ,the earth is round and 

    everything works in a cycle

    when you're up there, prepare for the fall...

    i well isn't that what life is all about?

    excitement.

    life is a race

    a race to fill up you body and soul with tonns of information

    and then you filter them,

    leave the good in , then throw out the rubbish

    but if all you know is rubbish,

    what's left?

    so watch what you read and see

    do your best and turn the blind eye to the rubbish outside.

    last bye not least...

    goodbye to Steve Jobs.

    Thank you for creating such amazing gadgets to enhace our lives..

    if only you had more time to enjoy more of life.

    我有点不好意思地承认，这是我第一次去赛马中的跑马地马场。在这裡已经十年了，我去过那裡很多次，但从未见过马在马场的跑道上！哈哈。Lol.


    上週末，我去了跑马地马场作ALIVENOTDEAD的的四週年晚会。哦，上帝给我的惊喜，我很惊讶这裡有成千上万的人在那裡，马在跑，人在欢呼！当我步行到目的地时，我听到音乐声加上欢呼声。人来说，这的确是一个非凡的交叉！不只是马的爱好者，音乐爱好者和摇滚乐队都挤在一起，享受着滚烫的夏天的夜晚！


    当我到达时，这是许怀欣在 摇滚舞台中。一瞬间，我以为所有的马匹都向我们跑来。



    顺便说一下，这是第一次Rozy遗弃她的孩子为她的舞蹈鞋。这是一个疯狂的夜晚，一切意想不到和最好的部分是我们终于看到AnD他们的傢伙。如果有人读到此感到失落，没有必要担心，因为还有两天在这个月的15日和22日。






    提示：不要穿太多衣服。

    I love it when I'm at a beach, Love it even more when its a beautiful beach and even more when I'm in a little island with my loves ones around me. 

    Maldives. Sun, Sea, Sand and Stars.... I couldn't bare to close my eyes for I'll lose the moment of seeing these beauties before me transform with each second, from dawn to dusk.sunrise...

    my younger sis' bf proposed to her and judging from her body language, you and tell that she is obviously happily engaged : )

    as for me, I was simply enjoying myself, witnessing my sister's special moment, happy to be there for her and of course the bonus of the company of my parents whom I love so much !!!

    Oh i miss the wind in my face and the sand in my toes...i wish i could stay longer but there's someone I miss so dearly I had to go
    yup thats the love of my life, Dylan, my nephew. So cute, so lovely. We are blessed to have him.

    back in HK, life is back to normal. I sat for my grade 5 theory exams last week and though my results aren't out, I'm pretty confident . haha..

    My Maldives trip wasn't all for fun. I got a nice honey tan, ready for my new editorial shoot for Modern Beauty 

    This is a big week for me and you. Why? Its the alivenotdead party again ! 
    Hoho ! See you on Wednesday. Can't wait to catch up with my buddies !!

    Hey Guys,

    Today's the last day of the Chinese New Year and for those who's not Chinese, this is the most important festive season for us Chinese. I had a great time. Made use of this holiday season and went on a vacation, learned skiiing, spent time with my family in Singapore and now i'm back, with pictures to share !

    yeh ! thats the black pole! I didn't go down there, cuz i wanna be  alive not dead.
    Thats where I am, Green ! 
    My macho instructor James! After the four day ski, I could do Blue. So you see, he's Good !
    haha... i went parapente!  From Courchevel 1850 to 1350 !
    feels great..... feels awesome.... now i know what it feels like to fly, to have an eagle's view...
    Ladies and Gentlemen ! This is Mount Blanc !

    love the snow, fresh air, skiing, french alps..... 
    back in HK, all these seem sooo far away...
    till we meet again....
