其實，《性工作者十日談》（下稱《性工作者》）和《我不賣身．我賣子宮》（下稱《我不賣身》）兩個劇本的初稿早在2002年便寫好了。當時，我的打算是先開拍《我不賣身》，主要是因為它比《性工作者》相對地有著較強的故事性。表面看來，《性工作者》的故事人物多，情節散；當初大部份讀過劇本的人都以「鬆散」來形容之。可是，由於種種原因，《我不賣身》開不成，而兩個劇本亦被閒置在我的書桌上達千日之久。直至2006年，《性工作者》幸運地找到投資者，我和楊漪珊便因應香港社會和在地性工作者的境況，把劇本作了很大的修改，但仍冒著「鬆散」的危險，把原劇本的主要人物保留下來，因為我們認為「性工作者」是一個社群；在篇幅上，不宜太集中地描寫某一、兩個特定人物。後來拍成的《性工作者》得到相當多的正面迴響，也促使《我不賣身》可以成為電影。
《我不賣身》的主要人物有四個，分別是當企街的性工作者黎鐘鐘（劉美君飾）、「嫁港伯爭取居留權」的黃蓮花（黃婉伶飾）、賣保險的劉富意（黃秋生飾）和硬照攝影師阿志（森美飾）。前兩者都是社會大論述下被邊緣化的婦女，後兩者則象徵著社會的某種主流觀見。也許大家可以簡單地以「寫實」電影來形容《我不賣身》；無可否認的是，電影裡的人物和情節都是有感而發，但歸根究底，「寫實」其實也只是一種創作上的手段，而且，現實素來比電影更苦。於我，《我不賣身》不是現實的反映，它充其量也只是我對香港社會現實的一些觀見、或對香港社會現實的一種「樂觀」話語。我深明白的是，在社會的大論述底下，為某些人發聲很多時都是吃力不討好，但也正正因為這個原因，我更加珍惜拍攝這樣一個電影的機會，也十分希望觀眾會來捧場。特別感謝劉美君和黃婉伶的參演，更感謝好友黃秋生對這電影的誠意和支持。

開幕電影
黎鐘鐘 – 深水的企街妓女，因吸毒以至滿口爛牙，她忽然發現自己已經三十九歲而喜出望外，因為盲公陳說過她三十九歲會轉運。 黎的生活有了新目標。 她不惜出賣僅有的丁點尊嚴、破壞企街的行規搏命賺錢，為的是要鑲好一排門牙去見一個人。
蓮花 – 「嫁港伯生仔搏居留」 的大陸女子，她因 堅叔 的死來港奔喪，到港後則千方百計要留在香港。
阿意 – 男，努力賺錢的人壽保險推銷員，香港社會唯利是圖價值觀下的進取型人仕。 他照足保險公司廣告的賣點做人：耐心聆聽、助人解決煩惱、叫人面對生老病死的恐怖將來、無階級偏見、視任何人為未來客戶。保險額的多少是他衡量 別人的標準。
志仔 – 男，企圖做一個有深度的攝影師，不重視錢財，在別人眼中是不切實際的理想主義者，願意付出大量時間去體會老百姓的生活，而將之拍攝出具有深度的作品 。無階級偏見的他，CAMERA 是他衡量 別人的標準。
老強 – 男，五十歲，地盤散工，為人善良，努力儲錢然後返大陸娶妻，娶妻前常光顧吸毒企街妓女 黎鐘鐘 。
堅叔 – 男，六十歲，地盤散工，死於地盤工業意外，生前娶了一個生命力極為強悍的年輕大陸鄉下女子 蓮花 。

According to my survey, the Ferrari Suite is the best suite amongst all others. The deco and atmosphere before the race is superb. Lotsa food, people dancing to the loud music. I thought this should be the way. But... i heard from my friends that the other suites they were in were like a typical Chinese restaurant with large round tables ,everyone's seated at their allocated seats and the ladies all dress up like they're going to a gala dinner. I'm so glad the Ferrari suite is so cool !

WORDS CAN'T FULLY DESCRIBE HOW MUCH I LOVE TO EAT...ESPECIALLY JAPANESE FOOD !No matter how strict my diet is....when i get to Japan.... thats it !!!I'm on an eating spree !!!!!!!!hahahaha
