The highest ranking Sausage-linked black-belt Zen-grandmaster of food studies arrived inHong Kongsometime last week to show us how it was done.  When I say “ it”, I mean food.  As soon as he appeared before us, he suggested loudly that we better “recognize”.   We attempted to “recognize” as instructed.

First he demonstrated a special ability (which some people dub, “star” power) which causes a supposedly “closed for the afternoon” restaurant to miraculously open their doors and services to us.| 最高級別的烹飪黑帶、食物研究禪宗大師上周到香港，向我們展示了它是如何完成的。我說的"它"是指 食物。他一出現在我們面前，就大聲建議我們最好學會"認知"，於是我們在他的指導下嘗試"認知"。
