weekend!

I has a great weekend, play so hard. on Saturday, I when to gun shooting, it was so fun, last time I did it was many many many years ago, and I don't remember how it feel anymore, after I stay in to the room, the song from shooting was so so so loud, I was going to run away, but I told myself, don't be a chicken girl, just do it, it gona be ok, so I star shooting, after while, I was doing good, and feel good too, hehehehehe, this is how I look! and my target!

I was use 9mm hand gun, and I shoot about 40 bullets, get 38 on the target, and miss two. I was happy about it!
After dim sum with some of my friends today, I went to play some golf, run into my friend Andy and his wife and kids, he is very good at golf, so he star teach me how to play better and what I need to work on, man, it make so much different, and I had so much fun, because I know what to work on, so I end up hit about 200 golf balls!!!!!!!

Haha I like the way you told yourself not to be a chicken girl. I would have to tell myself the same thing lol. Good for you to overcome this & shoot so well! :)

Wow! You're pretty darn good at target practice! And then to hit about 200 golf balls? All that wushu training has indeed paid off! =D

you look awesome!!! good job on the shooting. I don't know how I'd react if I ever go gun shooting... might be a little too much for me to handle... hahaa...

Wushu
I was study wushu at age 6th with my father, he is my first coach, at age 9, I was on the shan xi wushu team under shan xi sport school, at age 14, I get on beijing wushu team, study under coach Wu Bin, coach Yan ping, Coach Cui Ya Hui, coach Zhang xian ming, Coach Lu Jin Ming, and coach Xue Xing Fu.
I was national competition age 8-12 grand champion.

I am a wushu hero medalist since 1996, (awarded by the Chinese wushu association the highest honor received by athlete for distinguished accomplishments in wushu.
Honors; 6 wushu Dan ,( international standard)

Trained at BeiJing wushu team until 1998, at end of 1998, I movie to America California to study English, and star my America life.

I won stright sword -gold, spear -gold, and taichi-gold in 1999 international wushu-kungfu festival and championship.
I was champion for my weapons from and hand from and taichi at USA World Championship in 2002.
I was 4 time woman grand champion for weapons and hand from at NASKA (north American sport karate association)

Coaching,
1999-2001, UC Berkeley wushu team.
coach of the year 2000,
from 2001 to now, been gust coach in many different wushu schools in America.

Judge,
A certified contemporary wushu judge for national Chinese wushu association of America.
