１）食少d零食，至少早餐唔食，咖哩魚蛋同栗米雪條除外。

２）下次見到外婆給她一個很大的hug！

３）唔再扭蛋。

４）增加appreciate值，行為修行第一條。

５）多點陪阿媽子買餸，心情好拖下佢隻手咁樣樣。

６）停止買拖鞋，總共有７對。

７）１２點後唔走去偷食雪櫃，家人唔准再叫我做老鼠，今年要做都做老虎！

８）咪再講野一舊舊! 集中d咪心散。

９）睇哈利波特時唔再喊。

１０）牙膏喞好短（再短d）就夠用了。

１１）短氣點，太長氣做人好唗氣。

異流

各隊員辛苦了。差不多一個月睡眠不足的開工，昨天聽到了１零年第一首派台歌“異流”的final mix.下星期準備好出發。內心是滿足至極。入行以來，就在今天可唱出自己心中想要的，寫自己想說的。十年，來得剛好。一點也不遲。一首記錄以前和今天自己對照的歌。沒有情情愛愛，唱膩了。嘴巴會生氣。在行內的體會成就了歌詞的的一字一句。始終，做自己最開心。剛轉投新唱片公司﹣﹣“Strawberry Fields”。大家的愛令小明更進步。成長。也許在第一天便立心做個甘草女歌手的我，只要與愛的音樂常在便好幸福。有些事是隱瞞不了的，就盡情地坦白，豁出去罷！沒什麼可怕，值得可惜的。人自在了，真心的唱比麻木渡日有意思。你有你在笑，我有我在唱。大家都找自己心中的火。昨天多謝指教。領會了。感謝大家。luv & blessed,lil maine
