hehe MR44 got me on check… i havent been updating the blog as frequently as i should… and i havent posted more of my art.. more or less bc im putting the finishing touches on my latest series for my solo in january and ive been struggling with the artwork for 3rd law… on top of everything, im really stressed out. ill talk about that later tho..

my friend and i talked tonight. i love and hate talking to him – i feel like he keeps me focused and grounded, but for some reason, he also makes me feel mentally inadquate. i know that’s just me being insecure, but i am constantly inspired and admirable of him… he is beautiful, educated, and giving.

i have a teaching position as an art instructor at visual21! someone gave me authority?? BE AFRAID!!!! MUAHAHHAHAHAAAAAAAA! im so stoked! i will be helping kids make their portfolios…!! The classroom is intimate and it will be three classes a week.

after wasting some time in vegas, i returned to los angeles ready to rock out on my solo show.. after a week and a half, i managed to complete 6 paintings! im on my 7th!! im soo stoked!
my paintings run from 4″x4″ to 48″x72″ … i think knocking down a 6 foot painting in less than 2 weeks is pretty rockin!

i painted my halloween costume! im sooo stoked!
so this year for halloween i am going to be this… festering.. wolf.. thingy…
i was going through the mail one time and i saw a postcard for an art gallery. the card was a bunch of girls in bikinis, sitting by the pool. the girls, however, were wearing gorilla masks.. it was pretty strange.. because u can tell people wanted to be turned on by the girls in bikinis, but the animal heads made it disturbing. i really liked it, and i wanted to do something similar.
