The Game is over.I'm back in my hometown.全运会预赛结束了，我们放假回家了！

Its been a while ... how are u guys doing ???

i went really busy after the competition finished. well ... to talk about the competition.i'm gonna say sorry this time ! i didn't get the gold as u expect.and i also made a stupid mistake as i never did before :-( The first day was the straightsword event .i did okay from that one.i got 9.76 ! the second day was my spear event ... i dont know what really happened to me ! just didn't feel good from warming up to the end of the competition !!! i have no words to say ... actully i was lucky . as good as i got qualified for the finall competition in Shandong. i think i still have the chance to do better!

比赛终于结束了，感觉被“拨了一层皮”！身体上的累已经不算什么，最重要的就是思想的压力和神经的疲劳让我感觉疲惫不堪。也许更重要的原因让我觉得累，可能是因为比赛没比好吧。第一天比剑术，正常发挥，还算满意。可是在第二天比枪术的时候让我和我的教练有些意外，因为枪术是我的主项，而且我在以前的枪术比赛中基本没怎么失误过。可是竞技体育就是这样，往往自己最不放在心上的项目却在关键的时候出问题。感觉自己有点大意了... 不过不幸中万幸的是我在最终的排名上，还没有被踢出决赛，这就说明我还有机会。其实比赛的名字对我来说并没有那么重要，在我心目中，最重要的是过程，只要我能够充分的在比赛中发挥自己的水平就好了。可是这次最让我不爽的是我在比赛中的表现并不好，没有发挥出我的训练水平。也许这就是竞技体育吧...我想我以后的路还很长，慢慢的总结经验，继续努力，我相信我会慢慢变得成熟起来的！

I'm on a short holiday ... and i just got back in my hometown Liaoning to visit my mom for 2days ! i feel like i really need more rest ... peace !!!

比完赛回到北京后我们就放假了，由于五一的法定假期有变，所以我们也是只有三天的假期。我现在已经回到了我的家乡辽宁朝阳，看望老妈。好久没有吃过我妈做的乱炖了，馋了啊！回来好好休息吧。回去继续努力！！！加油！！！
