贺哥加油（Hang out with HE jingde ) !!!

Its been so long since last time we met each other in beijing ... actully we are not belong the same generation of the beijing wushu team. by the time when i came to beijing wushu team, he already retired from the team and lfte.

He came back to bejing 2 weeks ago to train here and was getting ready for the Asian wushu competition. We were hango out at the night before he left beijing ... he is a really nice and very humble man . the way he treat me was really nice like a big brother ... we talked about alot things ... like wushu, competions, movie, action... everytime when i talked with him , i learnt a lot sutff from him ... i’v always trying to be a better man, he really did helped me alot with his words...i just wanna say thanks for that what he said to me ... thank u Hege ! and good luck with ur competition in Mauco...u will always the best in my heart !!! hope to see u again soon ... JIAYOU !!!

好像自从上次“龙的传人”比赛之后，我们就一直没有见面。时间过的真快，一转眼，夏天快到了，我也有半年没有见到贺哥了，其实我跟贺哥是一个教练（卢教练）带出来的，但我们不属于一个年代的。当我刚刚来到北京队的时候，贺哥已经退役去了美国。在队里，教练经常提起他，所以一直很欣赏他，非常钦佩他的能力和毅力，但是没有什么机会碰面。

这次他来到北京是在这里进行两个星期的训练，为了五月份的那个亚洲锦标赛做准备。在他临走的前一个晚上，我们去了锦儿的酒吧，坐下来聊了许久。然后又去簋街吃饭，时间过得很快。我们回到房间的时候，已经是3点多了。很不愿意他走呢，因为他真的是个特别好的大哥，我们虽然不是一个年代出来的运动员，但他在我面前，一点架子都没有，给人感觉很和蔼也很谦虚。通过与他聊天，让我从贺哥身上学到了很多经验之谈。受益匪浅。我是一个从来都很喜欢学习新鲜实物的人，总是学着想做一个更好的男人！贺哥的一些想法和话语，让我感触很深。并学习到了好多专业队里学不来的东西。我真的想在这里谢谢你，贺哥！！！并祝你好运，放松心态去表演，希望能在亚锦赛上取得自己满意的成绩！我们后会有期...
