Krypton specifically came from the title of the album 'Kryptonite' by DJ Fresh that Ive been listening to a lot recently.
And I've always been a huge comic book fan so anything a bit superhero related always resonates with me.

I like seeing the ladder for scale. You don't see monumental figure painting on this scale every day. If you had lived in an earlier age, I think you would have been painting murals, like the masters of the Renaissance and Baroque.
