But since this is Hong Kong, you can take that as a sign of quality. This film is witty, stylish, fun, at times breathtaking, and worth every penny of your admission price.

Here are some of the latest pictures. Forgive me for being lazy and using the gallery, but I am simply too tired to get all flowery about it. I am also 3 movie reviews behind for that matter.
I am a trained woodworker. I can build cabinets, window sashes, some furniture, and of course guitars. I can use drills, saws, routers, planes, sanders and chisels.
Although I am also by training an East Coast intellectual (f@#$ George Bush both young and old), I think I actually enjoy working with my hands just a bit more.

I n the midst of moving to Fo Tan and all the work that entails at both premises, I took this afternoon to lend moral support and a strong back to the Alive Not Dead team for Hong Kong’s first-ever Flugtag, sponsored by Red Bull. It’s a competition where people with no training whatsoever in aerodynamics, construction or safety can build contraptions and roll them off an elevated ramp into the water.
Described that way, it sounds like it ought to be part of the Special Olympics.
I’m getting ready to move house, so I am busier than a one-armed paper hanger with crotch crickets. In addition, I’ve been doing too much working on the computer and my tennis elbow has been acting up. In addition to THAT, I’ve screwed up my back too, between packing stuff and the gym. So I am typing this review standing up, the wireless keyboard sitting on a stack of boxes.
So don’t say I’m not willing to make the effort, you vituperative swine.
