  i'm in HK, but not really doing public performances, there's a chance I might be sitting in at California Sept 6, and Peel Fresco Sept 7, in celebration of the Brazilian Independence Day.
  
  but as I said, it's sitting in, I have no idea what time or how many songs I'll be doing ;)

  Thanks so much Pauline. The start of a new plan all around in my life, however whether I reach the size 10 mark is another matter. I have seen...and as a fashion designer, you're probably going to kill me.....a nice pair of PVC/leather style pants :D, I'm tempted to buy them in a size 10 and use them as my goal!, but definitely I won't be giving up my food treats, just like you say, everything in moderation.

  I'm sorry that I missed you, too.  Even if had been in town at the same time, I'm not sure that we would have had time to get together.  I was working non-stop pretty much the whole time I was there.  I'm not sure when I'll be back exactly.  Hopefully, I'll know more in a few days.  Some big decisions will be getting made this week.
