    So MissyK* has been up to a lot of changes . . . This month focusing on HEALTH, PEACE of MIND and INNER STABILITY. My daily routines consist of me waking up to a meditation, then heading to the gym to work with my Personal Trainer and then evenings some yoga. On some days I go for a hike with my doggies . . . I do love it - I have had a struggle with giving up smoking but only struggle when drinking comes to play to I have decided not to drink for a while and just enjoy being ME with as much positivity possible. . .

    So here are some pic's from the month that just passed.  . .

    My man was some what a a Snake KungFu expert so you can see his hands are moving super fast in this photo. He usually does it past my head . . . as if I was the wooden blocks . . . its his party trick . . . lol!


    Hangin out with me bro Brian Burrell and me Hubby, Brian has been really supportive with my life changing ways and a great listener! Thanks Bro!


    Hangin with our old school friends in HK is always great fun and keeps reminding me of who I am and how far we have all come, we still have our friends


    Ahhh the ALIVENOTDEAD Anniversary gathering! It totally rocked my world!! Thanks to all for a memorable party - what a great vibe of amazing people, talents and support!

     

    MissyK*s Showcase was a great success and thanks to all that came and support the event! Your support means a lot to me and I thank you dearly!


    I organised a get together for one of my bro's birthday. Cordelia showed up with Brian as well - the Birthday cake I arranged was made of cupcakes YUM YUM!



    My adopted sister SARAH McCRARY, me dads girl from L.A. was here to visit us with the family. It was so much fun! We had family dinner at my folks house and then headed out for some good chats and good times! See the resemblance between my sister and her dad?
    It was a special time for me, ISRAEL celebrated 60 YEARS of INDEPENDENCE , here photographed with one of my best friends, you may have seen her around . . . since she is the creator, founder and owner of THE FLYING PAN - ONLY THE BEST BREAKFAST in the whole of HK! In the other photo is my sister her boyfriend, Tammy, My Hubby and Myself. It sure was an emotional event, since it was as near as my grandparents who were in the camps in WWII and helped pave the way to a country I call HOME! It was a very beautiful event indeed!

    Me with my little buster . . . who isnt so little anymore! We rescued him in Chinese New Year and now he's only 6 months old (just) and is a true gem of a sweet heart! I do love him dearly as I do my other three doggies . . . Yes I got four of em! Tiz why I must head on out now, its a sunny day and I'm taking them all on a Hike!

    "Owning" your life and making the changes you want to see in it proactively, rather than reactively, is wonderful.  Not very many people are wise and awake enough to see this is really the best way to live.  I won't say it is easy (some days it is damn difficult to do and be something that you don't have years of practice being so that it is all autopilot), but, eventually, this new way of being will be even more natural than the old way.  Taking a stand for what matters in life, your life and the lives of others, can only be a good thing.  Just don't listen to the nay-sayers.  They can't see the bigger picture and recognize the value, today and for the rest of your life, of this great new adventure you have embraced.  Thanks for sharing this with the AnD community!
