again, i'm proving that i'm the worst blogger. it's been months and months since i last blogged. but i have good reason - i've been working extra long hours, quit drinking alcohol 6 weeks ago, have been riding my new fixed speed road bike 100km every few days, training 20 hours a week for my first Brazilian Jiu-Jiutsu & MMA Competition in Bangkok in September and have lost 15kg in the past 6 weeks. before and after pix coming soon!

woah! congrats on staying away from the alcohol!

100km per week on the bike? thats pretty impressive, i only get to go biking once a week and at max I can do like 20-30km a pop.
