It's 6.30am in HK and I just landed.
The airport is quiet and it's raining outside. great, welcome back.
One orange juice and a coffee later, i decided to spend my time by updating my blog.
My stay in Norcal was shorter than expected. I thought I could stay until friday night but actually when i checked my trip summary, i realized that "Friday 25th April SFO-HK departure 1.20am" means thursday night at the airport and not friday night...baka.
Luckily i could see all my friends and family in this week.
Dave and Erika
Yeah David grew his hair by lazyness...he looks like a korean mafia guy... haha
Hao, my engineer/model ??? I mean what ??? Geeks and nerds can model now ??? hahaha
He is chinese but grew up in japan, so he is my Japanese reference here. I asked for good sushi so he took me to his favorite restaurant in Mountain View.
Afterwards we've been to Santana row for a walk as the weather was very nice. We spent like 1h in Borders.
Me and the square thingy... I wanted to squeesh it.
On Wednesday one of my lil sister Stephanie picked me up and drove me to Omei, to visit all my former wushu buddies and coach Ding Wei.
With my 2 lil wushu sisters Karlee and Stephanie
They are all getting ready for Team Trials in June. Watching them training made me miss the old good days here. They all asked me when i'll come back for real in CA...EEeeeerrrrr.
It was weird to be back in Norcal, especially because I stayed at my aunt's place who is living a block away from my former appartment when i used to live in Santa Clara.
All the memories and habits came back. My street, Omei, Valley fair shopping mall, Santana row, Milpitas square, Cupertino square...
Nostalgia.
Oh, my flight to SH is announced. It's time for me to go home.
Home ?
Where is my home actually ? Because CA felt like home too...
I look japanese, chinese or korean but I'm not...But for sure, I am french. I like when life is random, full of surprises and fun stuffs. I try to go forward,
