Anti-CNN??

is it for real?? if so, it's really very ridiculous...

The CNN controversy has been a heated up topic recently among Chinese community, to be specific, CNN commentator Jack Cafferty made a racist comment, referring Chinese as goons and thugs, on his show and enraged Chinese people around the world, later CNN made a statement clarifying the speech, saying that his comment was actually targeted to the Chinese government but not Chinese people. the explanation didn't help to solve the problem but in fact escalated it to an internationally political incident, with the Chinese governement demanding an offical apology... (if you wanna learn more, just search on google)

Provoked by CNN's response, many people began to collect wrongful information by  western media, accusing them of distorting the truth. While we are always complaining the Chinese government for a lack of transparency, the information revealed on this website perhaps can lead us to another question: which is better (or worse), to hide information or to provide wrong information? and what exactly is propaganda?

It also shows us how dangerous it is for us to take what the media offer for granted. I have actually talked to quite some people who don't even know where the hell is Tibet and dunno anything about it, they just kinda read the news and decided they need to help "Free tibet"... 

i'm not asking people to take side, but what i think is that, always digest what you perceive, use your critical judgment to make a decision...
