As the International Red Cross Red Crescent's 1st Goodwill Ambassador, I thought of an idea to help all 186 RC Societies around the world.

I can’t visit every country… but each RC Society can send me their national vest and hat. I will take a picture and post it online to show my support. What do you think?

Good idea to start with Jet. After you've posed with uniform and picture taken for each country separately, autograph on the uniform/hat/pants (whatever) and return them to the country of origin. These RC centres can then hold a special event and auction them off with proceeds to the cause. Well????

Get the RC representatives to take a picture with the vests and hats on and send to you for posting in your blog!! Less number of vests to be made and left in the closet, save the environment!! :) :0

设5~8个分机构，每个机构分别监管20几个分支RC机构。哪儿出现问题你就及时出现在哪里。eg 汶川地震。

Will you wear each of them, and have a picture taken? Yes, then it's a great idea. 186 Jet Li pictures, all in Red Cross uniform... How different are they? A country specific "pose" may be required, or holding up a little flag may do. This could be made into one big Poster!

Born in Beijing, Jet Li began studying wushu (the Chinese term for martial arts) at the age of 8. After three years of extensive training, Li won his first national championship for the Beijing Wushu Team. Jet Li was selected by the government to represent the country in over 45 countries by performing martial arts at various state functions. The most famous, in terms of history, was his 1974 performance at the Rose Garden of the White House for President Richard Nixon, after he had just reopened American diplomatic relations with China. For the next five years (1974-1979), he remained the All-Around National Wushu Champion of China.

Shortly after retiring from the sport at the age of 17, his film career kicked off with director Chang Hsin Yen and Shaolin Temple. Today his film credits include Lethal Weapon 4 opposite Mel Gibson, Romeo Must Die, The One, Kiss of the Dragon, Hero and The Warlords. He most recently wrapped photography on The Mummy 3: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor.

Li is a Red Cross ambassador and founded the One Foundation, a Chinese-based organization whose goal is to develop China's nascent philanthropy industry. One of the main program areas is to help young people cope with mental well-being and find a balance in life.
