Actually i'm not that busy, but i kinda picked up gyming finally after constant pestering from almost everyone telling me that i'm too skinny/i need to beef up/i will look better if i gain weight/i look malnutritional???
I've been gyming for 6 days straight and indeed the results are showing! shall take some pics to show before and after some time soon!

Spent the monday evening in Malaysia, Johor Bahru with Quinn and James. Pretty interesting experience. Its not like the first time i've been to JB, maybe 4 times?
