於2009年 4月, 飛躍道 完成了一個室內的Parkour 訓練班(IPA), 這個訓練班為期為2個多月, 共有7堂訓練和一天的畢業禮練習。

參加的同學們在訓練班中學會了基本Parkour 的技巧 和 一些Parkour 的思想和態度。 我們為這群同學感到驕傲。他們表現出色, 而且非常投入, 主動練習, 更非常的有熱誠。

我們把課堂中的一些片段剪輯了起來, 成為了一個紀錄。 歡迎大家來觀看, 希望這影片讓大家了解多一點。於09年4月2日 的晚上, 我們進行了一個介紹工作坊。這個工作坊除了是新朋友的了解工作坊多, 更是這群同學們的畢業禮。

這是訓練班中的照片, 同學們, 找出自己的身影吧------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------The HKPA has completed its first Indoor Parkour Academy (IPA) in April, 2009. The Academy consisted of courses spanning more than 2 months, with 7 classes indoors and one outdoors as a graduation session to the participants. Participating students in the Academy learnt basic parkour skills and acquired some ideas and the way of thinking in the discipline of parkour. We are proud of the students as they are active and passionate in training, progressing significantly.We have edited some footages from classes and sessions together into a video as a record. Hope the clip would further tell you more about parkour training.On the night of April 2nd, 2009, the HKPA had hosted an Introductory Workshop in parkour/ADD. The workshop served more than an introduction to the interested people, giving them a taste of parkour, as it served as a graduation to the IPA students.Our photographer Matthew have taken photos of the workshop/graduation session and the pictures are wonderful.
