Yesterday evening, a few hours before the presentation of “The Beast Stalker” (amazing full house screening), Nick Cheung and Dante Lam talked at the Far East Film panel for a very short time - 30 minutes - compared to the usual seminars of the festival (1 to 2 hours sometimes) .

This morning, I could have a very nice interview with Nick Cheung about “The Beast Stakers”, and also Benny Chan’s “Connected” (a Hong Kong remake of “Cellular”) which will be screened tomorrow.

I also did a short interview with Dante Lam again (I met him a few weeks ago in Hong Kong and we already talked about “The Beast Stalker” there).

Actually, a big part of my Nick Cheung and Dante Lam footage in Udine, will normally be used for the German DVD edition of “The Beast Stakers” and “Connected”...

    OH! they look so serious...
are you gonna be seeing the screening of "Cellular"? I'm curious how that is compared to "Connected"

Funny, isn't it, how you have to go back to Europe to get access to the people you want to interview.  Why was it so hard to get interviews with them in HK, but not in Udine?  It is like dealing with two entirely different groups of people, even though they are exactly the same people you were trying to get up with in HK.  Must be that HK frame of mind that they leave behind when they go to foreign festivals.  I wonder why that is?
