This past 2 weeks i've been switching between my regular cell phone (Samsung SGH U700, 4.5mths old) and a spare ( SGH X200, >3yrs old ) cos, as mentioned, no image recording devices are allowed on base.
Guess what...the U700 konked out on me! It won't power on. And when i stick in the charger, it charges for like 5 seconds then re-initialise...charge 5 seconds then re-initialise....

Took my IPPT (Individual Physical Proficiency Test) this morning at the airbase and here are the results, graded according to my age category Y1 :
Sit-up: 33 ( in 1 minute ) - C - 3 points gotta work on those abs
Pull-up: 9 - B - 4 points arm power needs improvement too
4 X 10m shuttle run: 9.5 seconds - A - 5 points
Standing Broad Jump: 250 cm - A - 5 points
2.4 km run: 12 min 8 seconds - C - 3 points won't see me in a marathon any time ...Read more
i just called the SQCP (squadron command post) for my in-time/work-station tomorow...7am/vehicle-commander.
At this point, allow me to elaborate:
As when i was a regular, there are no fixed shifts or in-time when one works in a fighter squadron. Only when the day is done and the Controller distributes available manpower according to the next day's mission requirements, will one know.
