Jun On The Moon Concert pictures!

Congrats to Jun Kung for a great show on Saturday night. He deserves it! (seriously one of the nicest guy in the world!)

He played a lot of his Canto stuff, from his new CD and some of his classics. He also played a Mandarin song or two and some English covers. I think my favorite was the acoustic cover of STP's PLUSH (one of my favorite songs of the mid-90s!)

Here's a few pics I wanted to share from the show:

it was pretty packed. I don't think i've seen Star Hall this full for a seated concert since Justin Lo's concert a year or two back!

Special surprise guest #1, Jacky the Velvet Baritone himself!

I was sad he only did one song! bring him back for more!

Surprise guest #2, Terence singing with Jun's guitar accompaniment.

the final special guest was 24Herbs plus special special surprise guest Sandy Lam, they did a cool mash-up of their song Jiu Jou with Paradise City! Of course I'm a bit jaded since I just saw Slash himself performing here in HK with Myles Kennedy, but I have to say, these guys rocked the house just as good! :-P

There's Sandy, who did the Axl parts. :-P

And here's the guitar hero himself. Like Slash except w/ better hair!

This was really a show by musician for musicians. Do you see such love and camaraderie in a band at a 'pop' concert?!?

Congrats to Jun. I was really proud to have helped him in this effort! Check out the CD if you get a chance!

Totally agree with you..JUN and their band had made an awesome job last nite..i'm very indulged by them^^
