What's Good ?! KL !

Back from our KL trip. It was fun, not enough sleep and way too much food and alcohol but still fun. Great to meet some new friends. Most of them were AnD members !! Thanks to Bad Boy Ben, Eelin, Stephen and the whole crew that looked after us. Warren and Ng Long took some great pics, look forward to seeing them. Here are some of mine.

The Thaitanium boys showed up in HK to see the Nerd, Kanye, Terriyaki Boys show so naturally we made sure they had a good time. Incase you don't know them they the biggest hip hop crew in Thailand and really great guys. We ate and drank way too much but its all good. I was kinda disappointed with Kanye. Its the second time most of us has seen him as he was in HK last year. I thought N.e.r.d was really good. We all rock on at the after party till late. Check out some pics.

Johnny Walker TVC

Finally after some 5 months, the Johnny Walker ad has been released. I was involved early on and the lead was suppose to be Terence. It's a shame that Terence had prior commitments because it would have been great seeing them in a large ad campaign like this. These guys were actually chosen for their acting skills and not for the fact they were in Alive. It was a fun job but it did sometime to nail it. David the director did a great job making Conroy look skinny. Check out his tight ass below !! Audio Traffic Adrian sang the song for me and did a great job. I had to give him a little squeeze to get the high notes but I think he enjoyed it.... Since you can download the song on the JW web site, I have uploaded the full version on my music player above right. You can hear Adrian more clearly then watching the TVC because there is no dialog.

Dirt Biking

I have been riding motor bikes for over 18 years but had decided to stopped riding because I felt it was a matter of time before I get into a nasty accident. Anyhow, the bike bug is still in me so while in NZ, I found this place which rented dirt bikes so I decided to give it a go. I had never ridden on hilly terrine before so it was quite exciting. It was really hard work compared to a road bike. You have to pay attention every second and sit as far forward as possible to gain control of the handle bars and front wheel. Both wheels are drifting most of the time so its quite hairy to say the least. I really admire those guys that do the extreme motorcross flying hundreds of feet in the air and doing tricks like superman and backrolls. Totally crazy and fearless guys. I am certainly not one of those guys. Anyhow I had fun and ,y guide took some video for me so check it out.

Blowin Away !

This is the other thing we did. We really wanted to try this thing but actually the swoop ride mentioned below was much more exciting and fun. I was glad I did the swoop as this one was really quite boring. I was slightly worried that I would fall through the net and become mince meat as I am not exactly a light weight. There are actually a few layers before the prop. Anyhow the ride was only 2mins and they had said it was suppose to be 4mins so I felt a bit ripped off afterwards. Here it is anyways.

no eddie, i'm in KL, i thought you all are in singapore as i just read ghost style's blog, knowing that he is in singapore now. well, i'll be going to the Loft to see you guys show on 1st may. guess you won't be able to see me as it's gonna be alot alot of 24herbs fans there! FOR SURE! by the way, you don't recognise me as well, haha.. :p

Yo Ed.. Niseko was awesome.. Great place, great people and good food. The snow could have been better - but it was the end of the season.. Anyways, we'll definitely go back later in the year, Christmas maybe.. And no, sadly that picture was not me! I'm better than when we last boarded together - but not yet that good.. Fancy wakeboarding this summer?
