I was lucky enough to be invited to a private corporate party for CLSA. They invited Rihanna to perform for their annual party. They know how to party, loads of great food and drinks, champagne. Rihanna did a great show but she did make everyone wait for like 2 hours. I was sooo close I could smell her. I think she had a steak for dinner. I am happy to report that I got to wear leather pants twice in a matter of 3 months. No, I don't have a S&M fetish... at least I don't think I do. The first time was for the Star Movies MV shoot. Those were technically not leather pants, they were imitation leather pants and it was hot as hell jumping around in the sun. On monday I got to wear real leather pants for a photo shoot. I had been hunting for a place for my temporary studio as I am in the process of building my new studio. My new studio will not be ready till at least October. So I had to find a place for a several months. Its a real hassle to move for a few months but I have no choice, I have work booked that I want to do and we are also busy trying to finish our second album. Some of these places are really nasty. This is a little painful. Since I have moved out of my old studio, I have to change all my stationary. I had about 10 packs of biz cards left over so it was my cleaner's job to rip em up and recycle them. Its painful because I seem to remember that it cost me about $1 each card. Oh well.....
