Long Time No Cook

Played chef on Friday night. Did an arugula salad w blue cheese, sweet potato and sour cream; medium-rare baked salmon w sesame soy; herb roasted leg of lamb; and Chinese soup dessert w bean curd skin and ginkgo.  Guess you can call it fusion spread across a meal.
