Eastern Army Trailer!

Hi everybody, The trailer for one of my latest films 'Eastern Army' has finally arrived!Eastern Army was a very special project to me for many reasons..It's was written, produced and directed by my good friend Philip Th.Pedersen. A talented Danish-Canadian director who I've been working with on a number of smaller projects through the past years.. Philip also share his love for "b-movies" and Lance Henriksen with me. So we always had a good work-chemistry ;)I remember when he first pitched the project to me. At the time he wanted to do a 'post-apocalyptic' action-film, and he wanted me for the lead as the anti-hero shooting guns, wielding a sword and... This actually scared me.. Riding a horse doing all of this!About a year later Philip called me to have a "serious" meeting. By now he had teamed up with producer Mikkel Kristensen, and they had set out to do a Danish produced "post-apocalyptic action-drama". These projects are hardly ever produced on these parts! So naturally I was hooked!Philip's script had become an action-drama with the emphasis on "drama", and I was sincerely intrigued by the part he had written for me. I was also quite happy to learn that the horse had been fired..It was very inspiring to be a part of the making of Eastern Army.. Hard cause I had to pull double duty as actor and fight-choreographer!. Although Philip is a dear friend, I was very honored to be offered the lead in his project. As I mentioned these films are a rarity on these shores. And an "asian-lead" is almost unheard of!So Philip has actually broken down some doors here by giving an asian actor the lead in a Danish production! Thank you Phil ;) Hopefully this will break some barriers here :)The premiere for Eastern Army went down on April 9 in Copenhagen.
