  • Dream actor or actress to direct in a film?

    Hey AnDers,

         This one goes out to all the Directors here, who would be your dream actor or actress to work with if you were to direct a film of your own.

    My top choices for actors would be Ray Winstone and David Thewlis...

    As for actresses, my top two would be Parker Posey and Shu Qi...

    Can you imagine what kind of a movie would have a cast of the 4 of them? It would be a pretty strange movie.

    It's okay to dream right, so what's your top lists?

    Rodrigo Santoro/Leandro Firmino da Hora (city of god) and Lucy Liu/Dira Paes.

    But it is not easy to work with these people? Uwe Boll works with a lot of famous actors (he wait that the actors are out of work and program the films to begin in those periods). Rodrigo Santoro / Leandro Firmino da Hora, are easily hired. Santoro is the kind of actor who reads everything and accepts many characters. Leandro Firmino is "disappeared". And Lucy Liu / Shu Qi / PARKEY Posey, well, the first is a producer (the other I do not know), but if she's like your script, she could help to produce. I think you just need a conversation.
