For those of you who don't know, there a Chinese American kid playing in the NBA. His name is Jeremy Lin and he had a helluva night Saturday. For the past two years of his professional career this basketball prodigy from Harvard has been playing mostly garbage minutes. Although he has proven his potential at various times, namely schooling John Wall in a summer league game and scoring a triple double in the Development League, Jeremy hasn't been trusted to play real NBA basketball. Saturday night however, he was given his opportunity and exploded! What a night he had showing everyone what he is capable of. I've been rooting for Jeremy ever since he entered the NBA and you should too. Hope this streak continues for him! I'm proud of you Jeremy! Check him out:

Just as I finished writing this blog Jeremy had another monster Monday night finsihing with 28pts, 2 rebounds, 8 assists, 2 steals and a three pointer!!! So happy! Keep it up bro!

    salam Daniel,
i just read about this kid Jeremy Lin in yahoo news dated 8 feb :-) i'm not a sports fan but something did catch my attention. his has been living with his brother in 1room apartment for months. he sleeps on living room couch only.
his brother is NY uni dental student. i don't think is an luxurious apart, i don't think their living in an elite area anyway. They must hv been thru rough time & hardest time a lot.
This must remind of u on how u begins your life & carrier in HK isn't it?
i always admire youngsters begins theirs life & carrier from zero to hero. i wish Jeremy success.

I saw the reply of this game on Friday and his performance was just super inspiring. You can literally see his confidence growing as the game goes on and he begins drilling more shots and leading the floor. Hopefully, we have a true, starting NBA point guard floor leader in the mold of Nash or Kidd.

Envy you have time to watch the NBA!. My idol is Steve Nash, but he was not able to take the championship rings...
