I decided to upload some pics of me when I was in LA last year getting some training done with choreograher chopper. I had a blast and learned alot from him. I can't wait to go over there again this year. He's a great teacher and that was one of the best experiences I have experienced. This studio is called Ography dance studio I was really amazed by it. It's a really nice studio. I like the fact that when I walked itn you see all the movie posters chopper was in and choreographed just as stomp the Yard and You got served.

I haden't gone out in a long time and I really needed it and just have fun enjoy life so I went out and enjoyed myself with some friends although, we got drunk and had a great time but hey why not *shrugs* well here are some photos of me and my friends having a great time at a sports bar.

I love Family gatherings it brings the family together and do cool stuff with eachother and away from our busy lives. I love my family very much and we never go a day with out calling eachother. At first I admit this year went by fast and it didnt even feel like christmas but when the day came and me and my family got together in the moring to open our gifts it felt just like christmas not because of the gifts but because we were all together. Dad in the kitchen cooking and go back and forth to watch football, mom, helping pass out gifts, kiddos running around, my grandma amazed on how her lil precious family has grown and changed. LUcky how we have the whole family together. Of course a few are missing but still its the precious thing its like watching a christmas movie.

Ok, well I was being bored and had gotten contacts for christmas to myself..lol and wanted to take photos to explore and see how they look on me. Pretty cool I have to admit. I got them for the color only n are suppose to be silver/grey but bc my eyes are dark very close to black who they us to call me black pearls bc of my eyes the contacts came out a blue sometimes dark green. i still like them.

Oh my . It was just an incredible experience at the music awards. I had a blast and met alot of great people. Being on the road was just as fun. In our van was just us girls and it was so much fun. There just aren't any other words to describe it. We had stopped at a restraunt in San Antonio on our way to Austin and ate the mose delicious tortilla soup I have ever eaten. Let me correct that I have never eaten tortilla soup before but combine to any other soups I have eaten it was the best. I plan to eat that everytime I come across San Antonio. Which will be Friday again. It was healthy and non-fatting too so that helped alot. Yes, saddly when you are on the road you still have to watch what you eat and gladly to say that counting as non-fat and healthy was wonderful. I am so in luv with that restraunt now...lol. I was exhausted however on the way back and when I came back home I arrived at home 4:30 am and sleeped till 2in the afternoon. Yeah exhausted. But, I know I will come across many of those nights to come. I will be on the road soon again. I am excited for that day to come again. But in the mean time back to rehearssal and teaching my dance students at studio. Well hope everyone likes my pictures and enjoys this blog. Until next time.....

This event was incredible hanging out with my two best cousins who are more like sister to me. It is just a little harder now that we are older and have our own things to do. Me as well as they being busy. This day was not only a break from our busy lives but finally together again at last. Specially me who family is very important to me. I leave this weekend on the road again

and loving every minute of it. But anytime I can spend with family and friends I am happy too. Love you guys. cant wait for our next gathering.

April Garza, has been dancing since she was 5 years old. She started to dance at the age of 5 with Manroe ballet school in Corpus Christi but found out she wanted more than ballet and later found her passion at just 7 years old in Folkorico Dance (spanish heritage dancing). Started to learn Folkorico dancing with a group Ballet Folkorico de Guadalupe from her home town Alice,Tx. Later, her dance career brought her to meet a little more advance group Ballet Folkorico de Estraes from a Beeville, Tx where her mother would drive a long drive to take her. With that group she learned at an early age of traveling, meeting people around the world who share the same passion as her and joined NDGF (National de grupos FOlkoricos) where they would have workshops and meet well known maestros(dance instructors) around the world to come and teach at these workshops. With that organization she traveled to Kansas City, Missouri., Veracruz, Arizona, New Mexico and many more. Later at just 15 yrs old she got picked up by a professional Maestro to join his Folkorico group "Ballet Folkorico Viva Mexico. She was one of the youngest members to be in the adult division and picked up very quickly. She traveled to variety places for performing and different locations: Chicago, Veracruz, Monterray, Nuevo Leon, Azteca, Rio Barvo, and many more. With Ballet Folkorico Viva Mexico, she learned different kinds of dance on the side salsa, rumba, cumbia different kinds of dance. At 17 she auditioned for a modeling agency and made it but relise her passion was more into dance and acting. In highschool she was part of Kingsville, Tx drill team where her dance took another turn and took a break from dance with all the traveling she wanted to enjoy her last year in highschool. During her break she started to see street dancing and started to teach herself on what she saw. At 2007, she was writing a script to try it out about dancing and met some cheer coaches who let her use their gym to come up with dances for her little project. Looking at her dance they lead her to have the courage to open up a dance group to teach. She took into consideration and was undecided but went ahead with the offer and had young teen kids join and thought this will be good to help get them off the streets and use their talent for better. April than traveled to L.A., California and took some classes with choreographer chopper who helped choreograph the movies :stomp the yard and You got served to advance her dancing skills and had blast learning new things. Later after teaching she got a call to be in a music video and met a outstanding artist Michelle Garcia. Help her choreographer for the video and being a booty bump girl in her video got offer to travel with her and become her backup dancer. In acting, she had gotten a call to be an extra for the television series "Friday Night Lights " for there pilot and wanted to see how the field works behind the cameras and loved it she went back for second season as an extra and now wants to push for acting as well.
