Seeking Mandarin fluent After Effects Artist

One of my companies is looking for a mandarin fluent (and English fluent) After Effects Artist for some freelance work.

In the past we use a translator/artist team - but I would like to simplify things.

If this matches you or someone you know, leave a comment here and I'll PM you. It's for something happening starting next week and finished by the sixth of July. But these things come up often.
