Its been a while ... how are u guys doing ???

i went really busy after the competition finished. well ... to talk about the competition.i'm gonna say sorry this time ! i didn't get the gold as u expect.and i also made a stupid mistake as i never did before :-( The first day was the straightsword event .i did okay from that one.i got 9.76 ! the second day was my spear event ... i dont know what really happened to me ! just didn't feel good from warming u...Read more

        来到上海已经两天了，经过赛前的适应训练。我慢慢的找到了自己的状态，感觉还不错！希望自己这次能够有好的表现。。。但是“美中不足”的还是我的腰伤一直困扰着我。特别是上海这两天下雨，天气比较阴冷，我腰伤的疼痛又加重了，每天的训练都是煎熬！我不知道这样的情况还能持续多久，但是在我没有完成任务，没有实现我的人生目标之前，我想我会一直忍下去！明天就比赛了，我会尽我自己最大的努力去完成比赛，但愿菩萨保佑我！请我好运吧：）

      今天距离比赛开幕的时间还有整整一个星期。上个周末去吃了一些好吃的，犒劳一下自己，小小放松下...吃了西餐，日本料理，还有陕西菜。呵呵！各种吃啊 ...还跟一些好朋友去了KTV。好久没唱歌了，不练就是不行，感觉一般。等我比赛回来要好好练歌了... ：）

I am Back ...我回到北京了！

hello ... i am back in beijing from a short trip to Shanghai.

It was only 3 days ... but made me so freakin tired !!!

大家好，我回来啦！周三走的，周六就回来了。虽然时间很短，但是把我累坏了，中途我的颈椎病又犯了，特别疼。直到现在还不 能正常的从左边向后看！郁闷啊。。。我有个习惯，每次出门都会带上相机。喜欢随时记录一些身边的发生的事情和一些美好的回忆。但是这次，由于走的时候太匆 忙了，忘了带相机，所以随手用Iphone 拍了些照片与大家分享：）

我在上海 I am in Shanghai：）

    距离全运会武术比赛预赛开幕还有整整20天，今天晚上上海武术队会在比赛场馆进行训练。所以昨天上午队里刚刚决定的，在比赛前来到上海并与上海队在我们的比赛场地（上海国际体操中心）进行两天适应性训练。我们的领队崔亚辉和我在昨晚乘坐D313次列车，在今天早晨到达了上海火车站。D313次列车是新一代的动车组。我们常年去外地比赛，说实话，我还是第一次做动车组的火车。感觉还不错，火车的整体设计很合理，车厢也非常的干净，服务员的态度很好。就是餐车的菜太难吃了:-( 希望能够改进....
