I tagged along to the press conference for the  Know1edge x Daniel Wu collection at DNM last Sunday to check out highly anticipated line…

Brian, Annie & Daniel worked really hard on the project, which I heard about months ago when Brain & I went to Korea.  I was super psyched to hear about the collection & after I saw the catalog, I could not wait to see & try on the pieces!  I had a chance to ask Annie about working with Daniel:

“I was really impressed with Daniel’s work ethics. I wasn’t sure how it would be to work with something on Know1edge as it’s always been Brian and I only but, it was a really good experience. He was very willing to learn what he didn’t know and put a lot of his ideas from the photo-shoots, the the locations, to the measurements, down to the details. I was impressed with his hard work.

We all decided to make the best quality products we could possibly make while keeping the costs more economically friendly. We hand-picked all the fabrics together and used Paul Smiths technician for Daniel’s collection. Overall, I’m really more than happy with the outcome of the collection. It’s definitely wearable, classic, and stylized.”
