Showcase at LIVE! Singapore 2010 :)

It was a blast to have the opportunity to showcase at LIVE! Singapore 2010 :) Got to meet up with Rani and get formally introduced to Jeremy! The band with me was the best I could have asked for: Jordan Wei on Piano, Brandon Wong on Bass and Adam Shah on Drums! See the photo below! :) We did three songs: Closer (When I Am Thinking Of You) opened the set, followed by Take Me -  listen/ buy this song :) - a song from my first double A-side single release, and we closed with I Just Like You - a song that I just finished recording a week ago - got another entry for that soon... Rehearsing for the showcase was great fun and in fact the recorded arrangement for I Just Like You was based off our jam session with the song!I was also giving out limited printed copies of my double A-side single, Circles/Take Me, after the showcase, and an amazing number of people came forward to get their copies and exchange name cards with me, of which one was Marcel Ong, a programmer at RWS, as well as Robin from the National Critics Choice, USA. I also got the change to give out my single to the Java Jazz Programming Director, as well as Claressa Monteiro - who is a local radio programming head - no word from these folks yet, but i'm waiting a bit to see what happens :)
