Hello friends,

It feels like I’ve been away from the world for much too long. Connectivity is key and somehow it feels like an episode of South Park when there was no internet and people were driving to Californee… not exactly like that but I have finally sorted out a night for all my blogging wonders!

Its been a few days and I’m starting to feel the hustle as the phonecalls between my agent and I are becoming more frequent. Of course I will say that spending a weekend in HK is like no other! LKF always proves to be a fun night and hitting up the major spots only means I get to bump into old friends from Vancouver or even Toronto (recognized as the Citrus promoter). I’m still keeping to the almost no-drinking policy and it gladly worked out this weekend… if only I can keep it up for the next two weekends!!

Last night was fairly unusual as I finished dinner at Peking Garden for delicious Peking Duck and hopped right over for a cruel game of Dodgeball. I was asked to join last minute and our team won! WOOT! Then without even showering or freshening up, a race to meet a couple buddies at Racks only meant that I’d be dragged to party at the new club PLAY. I stayed for a couple minutes and quietly left. Not only did I feel underdressed - I really didn’t want to meet anyone smelling like a gym.

Today I spent a wonderful afternoon having tea at The Peninsula with a new friend from Paris. After this evening, I’m being convinced to spend my birthday in France to make it in time for Cannes Film Festival and even a a quick trip to the French Riveira! I guess a girl can dream right?

I had fucking awesome DURIAN SAGO the other nite.. will blog about that later.
